Description
Black soybean skin extract is made from the seed coat of black soybean Glycine max (L.) Merri. and extracted by special process, and its main component is cornflower-3-glucoside. Black soybean anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidant extracted from the skin of black beans, and the natural pigment extracted from the skin of black beans is called "black soybean red pigment", or "black soybean red" for short, also known as black soybean anthocyanin.
Product Properties
The product is purplish red powder, easily soluble in water and ethanol, peach color in acidic solution, purplish red in neutral solution, and black-blue in alkaline solution.
