Microbial Genome Resequencing

A large number of microbial species and the rapid differentiation of strains require an economical and rapid method to sequence a large number of strains over a large area to study the information of variation among strains. Microbial resequencing, which is high-throughput sequencing data based on small fragment libraries, is a sequencing analysis technique that analyzes high-throughput data of a particular microorganism by comparing it with a closely related reference genome.

What We Offer

The resequencing provided by Lifeasible can obtain a series of variation information such as SNP, InDel, SV, etc. of the target microbial genome to the reference genome, featuring accurate and rapid detection of variation information systematically, as well as further studies on species evolution, population characteristics, selection pressure, etc. We can also try to predict and resolve the trait differences between genomes to complete the analysis of target microorganisms.
