Combined Analysis of Plant Lipidomics and Proteomics

Lipidomics, an important branch of metabolomics, is the science of comprehensive and systematic analysis and identification of lipids and the molecules interacting with them in organisms, tissues, or cells to understand the structure and function of lipids, and then reveal the relationship between lipid metabolism and life activities. Proteomics studies the types, expression levels, and modification status of all proteins in an organism, which can understand the interactions and connections between proteins and reveal the laws of protein functions and life activities. Integrating lipidomics and proteomics data to study plant samples can provide a more systematic and comprehensive analysis of plant molecular functions and regulatory mechanisms, and screen key biological pathways or genes, lipid metabolites, and proteases for subsequent in-depth research and application.

What We Offer

Lifeasible integrates plant lipidomics and proteomics research to establish a combined analysis platform for histological analysis. The lipidomics service uses advanced tandem mass spectrometers and analytical software to provide customized assays and fast and accurate analysis services to help customers perform lipid metabolomics assays. Proteomics services combined with mass spectrometry platform and nanoLC-MS/MS nanoliter chromatography can provide quantitation and characterization of a wide range of proteins. The combination of plant lipidomics and proteomics is further enhanced by the addition of customizable bioinformatics analysis methods, maximizing a complete combined analytical platform for our customers.

We Do Better

Lifeasible provides our customers with one-stop integrated lipidomics and proteomics analysis services from experimental design, sample detection, and data analysis, with more reliable results and richer data to meet a variety of research needs, including plant growth and development studies, stress, and non-stress mechanism studies, crop breeding studies, rare plant species protection studies, medicinal plant active ingredient studies, etc. The final project feedback results include experimental steps, relevant experimental parameters, mass spectrometry images, raw data and the results of the combined lipidomics and proteomics analysis requested by the client.
