Tea polyphenols are the general name of polyphenols in tea, is a kind of purely natural antioxidant tea polyphenols with detoxification, anti-radiation, sterilization, anti-aging, and other functions, can also be used as a health food, can be added to food, can prolong the storage life of food, improve the stability of cellulose, effectively protect a variety of nutrients in food. Gossypol is a yellow aldehyde compound found in cotton organs such as cottonseed. Catechin is the main color, aroma, quality, and health ingredient of tea. As the precursor of tannins, catechins are widely distributed in plants and often coexist with the corresponding flavonoids.
