We also perform comparative analyses of chloroplast genome sequences to discover polymorphic regions of DNA fragments. We finally used polymorphic DNA fragment markers to serve as a useful resource for identifying coffee varieties and conducting coffee biogeography-related studies, providing an effective research tool for coffee germplasm resource diversity analysis.
