Ferns Air Pollution Resistance Analysis
Plants that live in a certain ecological environment for a long time will maintain a relatively stable dynamic balance by constantly interacting with and influencing each other. The antithesis of air pollution resistance is sensitivity. The resistance of plants to harmful substances in the air includes avoidance and tolerance.
- Avoidance is the ability of a plant body to resist the invasion and injury of harmful substances. When the level of pollutants exceeds the normal ecological environment, plants may protect the organism through physiological properties to absorb less harmful substances. In addition, plants may also absorb a certain amount of harmful substances and degrade them or excrete them from the body through physiological and biochemical effects.
- Tolerance is the ability of plants to tolerate harmful substances that enter their bodies and accumulate in their organs. In a polluted environment, some plants can absorb and accumulate more harmful substances but suffer less or no damage, which indicates that these plants have a greater tolerance ability.
The resistance of plants is determined by their genetic characteristics, developmental stages, and environmental factors. On the one hand, air pollution resistance is an essential ability that ferns need to have as green plants and cash crops. On the other hand, sensitive ferns can act as indicator plants that can respond to the state of the environment and the degree of pollution. The air pollution resistance of ferns also determines their application.
What We Offer
Lifeasible is committed to providing you with professional services for analyzing fern resistance to air pollution, including morphoanatomical resistance, physiological resistance, biological resistance, and air pollution resistance grading. We have a constantly optimized testing process, mainstream testing techniques, and experienced experts to ensure you get reliable and accurate results. The air pollution resistance of ferns is a reference indicator for its application and is also an integral part of fern research. Throughout the service process, we are equipped with a team of experts ready to answer any questions and address your customized needs. You can access more of our services in the chart below. For more detailed information on our services, please feel free to contact us.
Service Flow
- Sample Requirement
Fresh and intact ferns, > 5 g.
*Experimental samples are not returnable; please backup by yourself. Control and experimental groups need to be set up before sampling, and each group is recommended to be repeated more than 3 times.
*Rapid cryopreservation of liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.
*No restrictions on plant species. For species with special requirements or rare species, please contact our staff for more information.
After you place your order and submit the fern samples as required, our experts will determine the solution as soon as possible after detailed communication and carry out your project according to the standardized process. At the end of the project, we will provide a detailed and comprehensive report on the fern resistance analysis, including experimental steps, relevant parameters, raw data, and accurate and reliable experimental results.
