Plant Proteomics

The proteome is a collection of gene products expressed at low and high levels and is a very complex system. Unlike DNA and RNA, proteins are very heterogeneous and vary greatly in size, charge, hydrophobicity, and structure. High-abundance proteins are an important part of the proteome. Low-abundance regulatory proteins that are most relevant to cellular responses can of course also be detected more efficiently by appropriate pretreatment. The quality and reproducibility of protein extraction can significantly affect the downstream identification efficiency and capability of mass spectrometry, so protein sample preparation is a critical step in proteomics studies, and the reliability and quantitative comparison of low-abundance proteins is a major challenge in proteomics analysis. In addition, many proteins undergo post-translational modifications and may contain multiple non-peptide fractions bound to them, and this chemical heterogeneity also makes isolating proteins extremely challenging.

What We Offer

We Do Better

  • High sensitivity. High precision LC-MS/MS platform with hierarchical separation reduces sample complexity and provides non-discriminatory access to all peptides without loss of information of low abundance proteins, allowing more accurate detection of lower abundance proteins.
  • Professional analysis. We have a professional bioinformatics analysis team with rich experience and can perform multi-omics association analysis in addition to providing abundant protein analysis results.
  • Experienced. We have many years of experience in solving plant proteomics research, with rich experience in protein extraction and processing, to provide you with the best quality service.
  • Reliable results. We not only have a mature laboratory platform but also are monitored by professional mass spectrometry experts during the production process to ensure accurate and reliable experimental results.
  • Comprehensive service. We can not only provide you with high quality and efficient plant proteomics services in the shortest time, but also provide different protein characterization, quantification, validation, and modification detection solutions, and subsequent molecular biology validation services to meet all the research needs of our customers.
