We separated and identified the components of the spices obtained by collection. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is used to identify the active components of spices. Currently, we offer a GS-MS method widely used in the analysis of spice components.

In addition, we offer a fast and simultaneous method for determining physical and chemical parameters of spices and flavors by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR), which allows for the rapid prediction of multiple physical and chemical parameters of fragrance samples. NIR spectroscopy allows for rapid, non-destructive analysis of spices, which greatly satisfies the actual measurement requirements of spices.
