Lifeasible' LC-MS/MS-based plant non-targeted lipidomics method enables high coverage and accuracy in the detection of lipid molecules in biological samples, and if isotopic internal standard lipid standards are added to the samples, absolute quantification of the lipid molecules in them can be performed simultaneously. Through subsequent bioinformatics data analysis, we can systematically elucidate the changes at the lipidome level and the regulatory mechanisms in the experimental group compared to the control group from a lipid perspective.
