  • Fresh flowers, >5g;
  • Pollen from fresh flowers or dried pollen from different families, >1g.

*Quick freeze storage with liquid nitrogen minimizes leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.

*Experimental samples are non-returnable; please make your backups. Control and experimental groups need to be set up prior to sampling, and it is recommended to have more than 3 replicates per group.

*No restrictions are placed on plant species. For species with special requirements or rare species, please contact our staff for more information.

*For experiments requiring special testing, please feel free to contact our staff for a bespoke testing service.

2. HPGC-MS

We have high-performance gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (HPGC-MS) to ensure high accuracy, sensitivity, and throughput in determining sterol content in pollen.
