Lignin is a complex phenolic polymer, one of the main components of plants, and a secondary metabolite second only to cellulose in nature, accounting for 15% to 30% of plant cytochemical composition.     Dry sample: > 1g

    Fresh samples: > 3g, prepare 3 or more (for biological repetition)

Note: quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.
