Diseases are important factors affecting crop production, of which blight is a soil-borne disease that affects a variety of crops, production is mainly through the application of chemical pesticides to prevent and control the disease, but chemical control has pesticide residues, resistance, and environmental pollution problems, and the use of species resistance is an economic, safe and effective measures to prevent and control crop diseases. Lifeasible offers a variety of plant disease resistance identification and screening methods, including the cytological identification screening method. This method is designed based on the theory that Verticillium partially inhibits cell division in resistant hosts and applies to invasive wilt diseases caused by Fusarium and Verticillium.

Sample Requirement

• Botanical material (The specific volume is related to the content of the experiment, please consult our staff.)

*The experimental samples will not be returned, please back them up by yourself. Before sampling, it is necessary to set up the control group and the experimental group, and each group is suggested to repeat more than 3 times.

*Quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.

*There is no restriction on plant varieties. For varieties with special requirements or rare varieties, please contact our staff for more information.
