Lipidomics provides a comprehensive analysis of all measurable and reproducible mass spectrometric signals, including annotated lipids and unidentified analytes, in addition to the quantitative determination of specific lipids, which is the main analytical component of quantitative lipidomics.

What We Offer

Lifeasible has a plant lipidomics platform that focuses on targeted quantitative analysis of three major classes of acylcarnitines, lecithin, and sphingolipids that have biological functional interpretation within plant samples. Our plant lipidomics platform can quantify over 2,000 lipid compounds. Our service focuses on the comprehensive and systematic analysis and identification of lipids and the molecules interacting with them in plant samples, analyzing the structure and function of lipids, and thus revealing the relationship between lipid metabolism and the physiological and resistance processes of the samples.

Sample Requirement

Plant tissue > 2 g

*The experimental samples will not be returned, please back them up by yourself. Before sampling, it is necessary to set up the control group and the experimental group, and each group is suggested to repeat more than 3 times.
*Quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.
*There is no restriction on plant varieties. For varieties with special requirements or rare varieties, please contact our staff for more information.
