Metabolomics of Other Plant Substances

The major and minor metabolites found in plant cells are the ultimate recipients of bio-information flow. In turn, their levels affect gene expression and protein stability. Qualitative and quantitative measurements of these metabolites can reflect the state of plant cells under specific conditions and provide insight into the cellular processes that control cells, tissues, or whole organisms. Unlike traditional targeted phytochemical analyses in various fundamental ways, metabolomics is a data-driven approach with predictive capabilities designed to assess all measurable plant metabolites without any preconceived preselection and can be used to monitor and assess gene function and characterize post-genomic processes from a broad perspective.

What We Offer

Lifeasible has established a comprehensive metabolomics platform for the detection and analysis of plant metabolites based on the holistic and dynamic nature of plant biological systems, to study the dynamic changes of various metabolites, analyze metabolic pathways, monitor the accumulation of active ingredients, and analyze the correlation between components.

We Do Better

Lifeasible' integrated metabolomics analysis platform consists of three main phases, starting with sample preparation, followed by data collection using targeted analytical methods, and finally metabolite identification and data mining using specialized methods. The service can be applied to all areas of plant research, including studies of plant resistance, quality, etc. under conditions of exogenous stimuli (such as hormone treatments, light treatments, pests and diseases, and drought stress, among other factors).
