Lifeasible offers the TTC method for the determination of plant root vigor.

• Plant root monitoring

Lifeasible can acquire soil and root profile images with the plant root growth detection system, monitor the growth dynamics of living roots in the soil, acquire images of roots at different depths at the same location, and images of different roots at different locations.

• Root system architecture analysis

Lifeasible combines paper culture systems, agar cultivation method, growth chamber, micro root tube, mathematical modeling, nuclear magnetic resonance technology (MRI), X-ray scanning, computer simulation, and other technical means to achieve accurate, comprehensive, and quantitative observation of root system conformation.

• Plant root sample (live), >1 g
• Whole plant material, >3 plants
• Seed material, >10 seeds

*For samples used for plant cultivation, please consult our staff to determine the sample conditions and dosage.

*The experimental samples will not be returned, please back them up by yourself. Before sampling, it is necessary to set up the control group and the experimental group, and each group is suggested to repeat more than 3 times.

*Quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.

*There is no restriction on plant varieties. For varieties with special requirements or rare varieties, please contact our staff for more information.

*Due to the specific nature of the experiment, only fresh plant tissue samples and germinable seed material are accepted for this service.
