Seed purity is one of the important indexes to evaluate plant seed quality. at present, the commonly used seed purity testing methods include histochemical identification, seedling identification, field identification, and grain gliadin identification. although these methods play an important role in the detection of seed purity and variety consistency, these methods have some defects or limitations.

Lifeasible has developed several groups of high-quality genetic markers based on SNP, and each variety has its own unique marker pattern, which is used to accurately identify and determine the percentage of homogeneity and inbred lines. Lifeasible established the criteria for judging hybrid plants, independently developed a method to distinguish hybrid plants from DNA impure loci, and combined with SSR, EST-SSR, and AFLP-SCAR markers to provide seed genetic purity testing services for customers around the world.

After receiving the order, we will carry out your project as soon as possible and at the end of the project, we will provide a detailed technical report, including relevant experimental steps, relevant parameters of the experiment, original pictures, original data, and accurate and reliable experiment results. Sample Requirement

• Dry samples, > 10 g
• Fresh samples, > 15 g (If necessary, we can provide sample drying treatment for free.)

*The experimental samples will not be returned, please back them up by yourself. Before sampling, it is necessary to set up the control group and the experimental group, and each group is suggested to repeat more than 3 times.
*Quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.
*There is no restriction on plant varieties. For varieties with special requirements or rare varieties, please contact our staff for more information.
