Plant Targeted Metabolomics

The extensive targeted metabolism technology platform establishes an LC-MS/MS metabolic database, which is different from existing metabolite detection methods and integrates the advantages of non-targeted and targeted metabolite detection technologies, creatively realizing high-throughput and high-sensitivity targeted metabolite detection, providing an effective method for qualitative and quantitative detection of high-volume and low-abundance metabolites. Meanwhile, the combination of GC-MS and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) non-invasive detection means further enriches the diversity of detection and identification of primary and secondary metabolites.

Sample Requirement

  • Whole plant material, >2 plants
  • Leaf, stem, flower, etc. tissues >4 g
  • Tissues such as roots, tubers, fruit pulp, fruit peel >5 g

*Larger tissues need to be crushed and processed in advance.

*The experimental samples will not be returned, please back them up by yourself. Before sampling, it is necessary to set up the control group and the experimental group, and each group is suggested to repeat more than 3 times.

*Quick-frozen preservation with liquid nitrogen can minimize the leakage time of plant samples at room temperature.

*There is no restriction on plant varieties. For varieties with special requirements or rare varieties, please contact our staff for more information.
