Plant Auxin Detection

Auxin is a kind of plant endogenous hormone-containing an unsaturated aromatic ring and an acetic acid side chain, and it is also the only known plant hormone with polar transport mode, which is distributed in all parts of the plant. It affects cell expansion and division, elongation and differentiation, as well as a variety of physiological reactions, and has an important impact on the final morphology and function of plant cells and tissues. IAA is the main active form of natural plant auxin. Besides, NAA, IBA, and other auxins are auxin-like.
