Primary Responsibilities- Project planning and oversight. Coordinate and develop program goals, strategic plans, and project quotations.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in phytochemistry, plant physiology, plant molecular biology, or a related field.
- Experience in supervising or participating in projects related to plant omics, plant metabolism, plant detection, etc. is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across a multidisciplinary team.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in plant molecular biology, cell biology, phytochemistry, or a related field.
- Ability to complete complicated tasks independently.
- Experience with publishing and presenting scientific work to customers.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking, and open-minded.
- Highly motivated and capable of self-learning.

- Experience in R&D or industrial projects in related fields is preferred.

Senior Scientist

- Carry out routine lab duties including sample QC, sample detection, and data analysis.
- Design and execute molecular biology, biophysical, and phytochemistry experiments.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting scientific issues/problems.
- Establish novel assay systems and keep them running stably.
- Collaborate with internal/external botanical research developers, or other facilities and scientists.
- Support sales efforts including pre-sales technical presentations and discussion on experimental design to improve our win rate in complex sales situations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in plant molecular biology, cell biology, phytochemistry, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in R&D or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience operating related instruments.
- Ability to rapidly learn, develop, optimize, validate, and execute novel assays.
- Strong experience analyzing large-scale data using commercial and open-source software tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across a multidisciplinary team.
