Microbiology Detection

To explain the complex relationships between microorganisms, genes important in microorganisms, and microbial metabolism, including the signaling events that mediate microbial-host interactions, researchers need rapid, integrated, and quantitative approaches to systems microbiology.

Microbiology Detection

What We Offer

Molecular biology techniques have the obvious advantages of sensitivity, accuracy, and rapidity in microbial research. However, it cannot provide information on the ecology, quantitative shape, and spatial distribution of microorganisms. Therefore, Lifeasible has supplemented the existing molecular biology platform with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technology. This technique combines the precision of molecular biology and the visualization of microscopy to monitor and identify different individual microorganisms in the plant, soil ecology, and pathology samples, with clear advantages especially for microorganisms that are difficult to culture and for culture. Lifeasible offers the FISH technique with the most stable rRNAs in microorganisms (mainly 16 S and 23 S) As the target of analysis, rRNA sequences are used to design probes for hybridization to identify and quantify the distribution and characteristics of microorganisms to be detected, providing information on microbial morphology, spatial distribution and cell number of the organism.

We Do Better

More than 2,500 bacterial 16 S rRNAs have been sequenced, yielding a wealth of useful information at the phylogenetic level Lifeasible has accumulated extensive experience in microbial detection and can provide hundreds of microbial detection probes and corresponding in situ hybridization services. We use standard assays and can develop custom assays to meet customer requirements. We have experienced experts in microbiological analysis to provide you with professional testing and analysis services. In addition, we combine molecular biotechnology (PCR) and microbiology techniques to provide rapid detection of a wide range of microorganisms.

The services provided by Lifeasible cover all aspects of plant research, please contact us to find out how we can help you achieve the next research breakthrough.
