Breeding new varieties of spice crops using genetic engineering techniques

We have extensive experience in genetic engineering research. We mainly construct in vitro hybrid DNA molecules from different sources according to a pre-designed blueprint and then introduce them into living cells to change the original biological characteristics of organisms, obtain varieties of target plants, and produce new products. The genetic engineering technology we offer provides a powerful tool for studying the structure and function of genes.

Spices have a wide range of applications in diet, medicine, and industry, as well as significant economic value. With the development of gene sequencing technology and the publication of the genome sequences of some spice plants, the application of molecular breeding technology to spice crops has been greatly facilitated. Service content and description

We take plant tissue and transgenic recipient material of spice plants to be cultivated, infest the recipient material with Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying the target gene vector, insert T-DNA into the genome, screen it for antibiotics corresponding to resistance, obtain independent resistant healing tissue, and further differentiate and regenerate it into transgenic strains.
