They have the advantages of large numbers, wide genomic distribution, high stability and heritability, and simple identification, which can be used for rapid and high-throughput genotyping analysis. The construction of DNA fingerprinting based on SNP marker technology is critical for identifying the specificity and authenticity of spice plant varieties and seed purity.

• DNA barcoding

We offer DNA barcoding technology for species identification by analyzing DNA sequences for a standard purpose. This can also be used to identify unknown species or discover new species. Our DNA barcoding system for spice research creates a new biometric system for better identification and quality assessment of spice plants by exploiting the intra-species specificity and diversity of standard, sufficiently variable, readily diffusible, and relatively short DNA fragments.
