| Description | Plant Protein Extraction Kit is used to extract total protein from plant tissues, the lysate in the kit contains protease inhibitors, which are mild in action and can rapidly obtain total protein, which can be used for basic research experiments such as immunoblotting experiments, and cannot be used for research on protein kinases due to the presence of the enzyme inhibitors mentioned above. | Product Composition | Lysate: 100 mL 2-8℃ Protease inhibitor (100x): 1 mL -20℃ PMSF (100x): 1 mL |
| Operating Methods | (1) Take 100-200mg of plant tissue and put it into liquid nitrogen (preferably overnight), crush the plant tissue in the liquid nitrogen environment (the more crushed the better); (2) Add 1ml of lysis solution and lysed at 4℃ for 20min, during which time it was shaken every 5min; (3) Centrifuge at 14000 rpm for 30min at 4℃; (4) Aspirate the supernatant into a new tube; (5) Perform protein quantification or denaturation for protein experiments. (The extracted protein is recommended to be stored at -80℃, ready to use, avoiding repeated freezing and thawing, and avoiding prolonged storage.) |
| Precautions | During the experiment, all reagents should be pre-cooled or thawed to ensure a low-temperature environment during operation. PSMF (toxic) should be used and added now, because PMSF will be degraded rapidly in aqueous solution. |
