Textured soy protein is made from 100% non-GMO soy protein. It has excellent characteristics of a fiber structure, including chewing toughness, high water binding ability, and oil retention capacity. It completely adheres to the surface of meat-based products. It can be made in various particle sizes as required, such as flakes, streaks, or pieces.
Our textured soy protein has 55%, 70% protein content options, different sizes, colors, and bulk density available.
