Brazil Nut Oil is harvested by hand from a tree native to South America and cold pressed to create a viscous liquid that is clear, pale yellow to light brown in color with a bland, characteristically nutty odor. This gluten free oil is rich in oleic and linoleic acid, vitamin E and selenium. This virgin oil is used in a variety of cosmetic applications for its moisturizing properties, as well as a popular cooking oil.
