Description | pAG-Tn5 Transposase fuses Protein A/Protein G with a highly active, mutant form of Tn5 transposase, which functions as both a Tn5 transposase and a Protein A/Protein G. This product is a highly active, mutant form of Tn5 transposase, which is 1000-fold more efficient than wild-type transposase in vitro. This product is fused with a mutant form of Tn5 transposase, which is 1000-fold more efficient than wild-type transposition in vitro. This product contains pAG-Tn5 transposase and related assembly buffer and is specifically suited for CUT&Tag technology for protein-genome interaction studies. |
